Medjo matagal tagal na din ang last update ko, so here it goes.
Sweldo last weekend, and can I just say, mahirap magspend ng hard-earned money. Or so I thought. Hindi pala maganda ang combination ng weekend sale and a its-nice-to-have-but-I-will-never-ever-really-spend-that-much credit limit. And as I was reconciling my finances last night, I just realized, I did let myself go last weekend – virtually tapping into my disposable income. Oh well. I guess its true that money can’t buy you happiness. But that’s what money is for – to buy stuff to make you happy. I’m not sure if that made sense, but it clearly made sense when I was buying stuff. haha
My phone bill arrived today. I think I went overboard with calling everyone up. Haha Plus, International Roaming charges everytime I cross over to
I also moved in to my apartment last weekend. It took two taxi trips from the serviced apartments to my actual apartment which made me really wonder – do I really have that much stuff!? I bought new curtains, and some finishings from Ikea – I totally love my room, especially the curtains. I’m just so happy that they were on sale. And I love my rug, and the side table. ha ha Plus, I bought Harry Potter books. Yup, I bought two versions of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - the British Adult Version and the Regular British Version. They were selling for Sing$ 9.99, so why not di ba? Saan ka makakahanap ng Harry Potter na book for barely over Php 300!? haha
Anyway, I still can’t believe that I’m living in a place that’s walking distance from work. I tried walking to work the other day, but everything’s just so stressful in the morning that I’m going to leave all the walking for the evenings. I also picked up the complimentary Samsung Home Theatre that my roommates and I got when we signed up for cable tv. Its so friggin elegant – totally putting my old DVD player to shame. Haha The only thing missing is my beloved PS2 (which I should have brought with me before I left) and we’re all set.
Work-wise, our new copy just broke last Sunday! Pantene’s Three Minute Miracle. This is so exciting. So, if nababasa mo ito, whoever you are, indulge, allow yourself to experience the 3 Minute Miracle of Pantene and notice the difference.
